The conical cylindrical gear reducer adopts the reducer developed by the European standard with a modular concept, called B series. It is mainly used for all kinds of conveying machinery, such as: belt conveyor, bucket elevator, mixer, pulverizer. TRANSMISSION RATIO RANGE: 5-400, RATED TORQUE RANGE: 5.5KNM-900KNM. When the thermal power exceeds the allowable value, the reliable operation of the reducer is ensured by the fan, built-in cooling pipe, and forced lubrication cooling module. There are 23 bases for conical cylindrical gear reducer: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26. According to the transmission range, it is divided into B2 series (two-stage transmission), B3 series (three-stage transmission), B4 series (four-stage transmission), and the input shaft and output shaft of B series are perpendicular to each other.The high-speed stage is Gleason arc bevel gear transmission, and the second, third, and fourth stages are cylindrical helical gear transmission. It has a variety of assembly forms to meet the needs of on-site layout, and the installation methods are: horizontal, vertical, torsion arm, shaft-mounted and flanged; A variety of output shaft structures adapt to the transmission connection of the machine: hollow shaft with keyway, hollow shaft with spline, solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with expansion sleeve, convenient for users to choose. The high-speed end can also be connected to the motor by means of a flange. When the backstop is installed on one side of the box, it can only be rotated in one direction; When additional auxiliary drives are required, K-series geared motors are installed on the other side of the case. Before the reducer is running, it is necessary to fill the lubricating oil to the oil mark line, and the recommended lubricating oil products are: N220 and N320.
