The low-voltage draw-out switch cabinet is a new generation of low-voltage switch cabinet developed by Jiangsu Eryue Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. according to market demand. The technical standards of this product comply with the requirements of IEC439 "Low-voltage complete sets of switchgear and control equipment" and GB7251 "Low-voltage complete sets of switchgear".

Our main products are: Electromagnetic flowmeter, Energy meter, Vortex flowmeter, Pressure transmitters, Level gauge, Magnetic flap level gauge.

Low-voltage draw-out switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgical steel rolling, light industry and textile enterprises, residential areas, high-rise buildings and other places. It is used as a power system with AC 50~60Hz and rated working voltage AC 660V and below. It is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power distribution equipment.
 
Environmental conditions for use of low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet:
1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃, and its average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than 35℃.
2. Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature +40°C; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 20°C, but the temperature change should be taken into account. Changes may occasionally produce moderate condensation.
3. The altitude does not exceed 2,000 meters.
4. This device is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: between 25°C and 55°C, up to +70°C in a short period of time (no more than 24 hours). The device should not be subjected to any irreversible damage and should function normally under normal conditions.
5. If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate to resolve the issue.
6. When this device is used on offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.

Structural features of low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet:
The basic cabinet frame of this device is a modular assembly structure. All structural parts of the cabinet frame have been galvanized and are connected to each other through self-tapping locking screws or 8.8 grade hexagonal screws to form a basic cabinet frame. According to the needs of the plan changes, Add the corresponding doors, sealing plates, partitions, mounting brackets, busbars, functional units and other parts to assemble a complete device. The dimensions of the parts and compartments in the device are modularized (module unit E=25mm ).
 
A. Power distribution center (hereinafter referred to as PC)
(1) The PC cabinet is divided into four compartments:
Horizontal busbar compartment: at the rear of the cabinet;
Functional unit compartment: in the upper part of the front of the cabinet or on the left side of the front of the cabinet;
Cable compartment; in the lower front of the cabinet or on the right side of the cabinet front;
Control circuit compartment: in the upper front part of the cabinet
(2) The frame-type circuit breakers installed in the cabinet can be manually operated outside the cabinet with the door closed; if you want to inspect the opening and closing status of the circuit breaker, you can determine the circuit breaker based on the positional relationship between the operating mechanism and the door. The instrument is in the test position or in the working position.
(3) Design the component structure between the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit. The auxiliary circuit unit composed of instruments, signal lights and buttons are all installed on the plastic board. Behind the board, there is a cover made of flame-retardant polyurethane plastic that is separated from the main circuit.
B. Drawout motor control center and small current power distribution center (hereinafter referred to as drawout MCC)
(1) The withdrawable MCC cabinet is divided into three compartments, namely: the horizontal busbar compartment at the rear of the cabinet; the functional unit compartment on the left side of the front of the cabinet; and the cable compartment on the right side of the front of the cabinet.
(2) The pull-out MCC has two structures: single-machine operation and double-sided operation.
(3) The pull-out MCC has five standard sizes of drawers, which are 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E and 24E. Two of the drawer structures, 8E/4 and 8E/2, are made of molded resistors. Made of fire-resistant plastic and aluminum alloy profiles,( 63367533,four 8E/4 drawers or two 8E/2 drawers form an 8E-height partition). The total height of functional unit compartments is 72E.
(4) Five standard sizes of drawers generally have 16 secondary isolation contacts. If necessary, in addition to the 8E/4 drawer, the other four drawers can be increased to 32. The terminal of each static contact can be connected to three wires at the same time (two wires are wired with TT1-2.5/2.8×0.8 type pin terminals, and the other wire is wired with LT2.5-2 type skewer terminals) .
(5) Operating procedures through mechanical interlocking devices. The drawer can only be moved when the main circuit and auxiliary circuit are all disconnected. The mechanical interlocking device allows the drawer to have a moving position, a test position, a breaking position, a connection position and a separation position, which are marked with corresponding symbols. The operating handle on the mechanical interlocking device and the operating handle of the main circuit breaker can be locked by three padlocks at the same time.
C. Removable motor control center and small current power distribution center (hereinafter referred to as removable MCC)
(1) The cabinet structural characteristics of the removable MCC are the same as those in items B (1) and B (2).
(2) The functional unit is designed as a removable structure. The connection between the functional unit and the vertical busbar adopts a primary isolation contact. Even if the circuit connected to it is live, the functional unit can be completely taken out and put back from the equipment. The other end is a fixed structure.
(3) The functional units of removable MCC are divided into 3E, 6E, 8E, 18E, 24E, 32E and 40E. The total height of the functional unit compartment is also 72E.
 
D.Busbar system
(1) Horizontal busbar (L1, L2, L3)
The horizontal busbar is installed in an independent busbar compartment behind the cabinet. It has two optional installation positions, namely one-third or two-thirds of the cabinet height. The busbar can be installed at the upper or lower part as needed, or The upper and lower groups are installed at the same time, and the two groups of busbars can be used alone or in parallel.
(2) Vertical busbar
The vertical busbar is a 50×30×5 square copper busbar. It is embedded in a functional wall made of flame-retardant plastic. The protection of the live parts reaches IP20 level.
(3) Neutral bus (N line) and neutral protection bus (PE line or PEN line)
The neutral busbar and neutral protection busbar are installed in parallel at the lower part of the functional unit compartment and vertically in the cable room. If the N line and the PE line are separated by an insulator, use the N line and the PE line separately; if they are short-circuited with a conductor, they form a PEN line.
E. Protective grounding system. The protection circuit of the device consists of a PE line (or PEN line) that is installed separately and runs through the entire length of the arrangement and a conductive structural component. The metal structural parts in the device, except for the exterior doors and sealing plates, are all galvanized at the joints of the structural parts. They are carefully designed to pass a certain short-circuit current.
F. Auxiliary circuit cable trough. An auxiliary circuit cable trough is installed on the top of the functional unit compartment, and the common current wires for connecting wires between cabinets can be placed in the trough.
G. Isolation measures for auxiliary circuits. In each circuit of the withdrawable MCC solution, an isolation transformer can be installed according to system requirements, and the transformer capacity is determined according to the AC contactor specifications.
Low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet nameplate:
The nameplate should be able to prevent the influence of climatic conditions and corrosion, and the nameplate should include the following:
 
a. Manufacturer’s name or trademark;
 
b. Product model and name;
 
c. Rated voltage;
 
d. Rated current;
 
e. Protection level;
 
f. Standard number;
 
g. Factory serial number and date of manufacture;
 
Packaging of low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet:
The low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet is packaged in wooden boxes, and other materials can also be selected according to local material supply; the packaging box has sufficient strength; the product is firmly padded, clamped, and fixed in the packaging box. The products can be fixed in the box by plugging them with buffer materials, positioning and tightening wooden blocks, and tightening them with bolts. The product must not have direct contact with the outer packaging box board. The packaging must have specific waterproof measures, corresponding to the waterproof level of the export packaging box.
