Sharp detail	The casting parts have net-near sharp,which can save material &machining cost a lot
Nice surface	Have nice surface smoothness,the investment casting part's surface roughness can reach Ra 6(or Ra 250 micro inch)
Casting tolerance	Have fine dimension accuracy, for critical dimension can reach CT5-CT6 grade,for routine(or normal) dimension,can reach CT6-CT7 grade
Nice straightness	We pay attention to straightness and flatness of casting parts,we use press,fixture and gauge to do the straightening operation

Machining

Our machining factory have 7 CNC centers, 3 slant bed CN-lathes,21 CN-lathes,1 CMM, 3 manual lathes, 2 CN milling machines, 18 drill machinings, 1 Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine,1 vibration grinding machine,1 welding machine.

We are well organized factory,have TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certification .

All products are well packed before shipments.

Quality Assurance

Our Quality promise is quite simple,we get the order and we take the responsibility:

Tooling development:	customer pay 50% of the tooling cost to us,then we develop the tooling and provide the sample to customer,If sample delivery fail more than 3 times,we return the money to customer.
Batch production:	we take responsibility of the order quality, If such situation happens, report to us and we find quick solution for customer
