In order to solve this problem, our company has developed a special vibrator for hot-dip galvanizing, which has successfully solved the above problems.The vibrator is specially used in hot-dip galvanizing production. In the galvanizing process, the zinc liquid will be heated to a certain melting point, and then items will be immersed into the zinc liquid to form a zinc coating so as to protect metal from corrosion. Because after galvanizing, the metal cools quickly and bubbles will be generated. The vibrator can promote the rupture of bubbles and reduce their impact on the layer. At the same time, the vibrator can shake off excess liquid, promote more even coverage of zinc liquid on metal surface, avoid local excessive thickness or thinness, and improve the quality of the coating. Moreover, the vibrator can precisely control its frequency and time according to different galvanizing requirements to adapt to items of different materials and sizes.
