Spreader Belts/Spreading Form Tape/Forming Long Belt
The Forming Belts are used in the forming section of the production process of wood-based panel, like MDF, HDF, THDF, PB, OSB, SPB, MDP and other wood boards.
Laying and forming is the preparatory step for the production of wood-based panels. The cut wood chips, shavings or fibers are laid on the forming belt to form a uniform slab.
Spreader Belts has strong structural stability, easy deviation correction and strong wear resistance, which effectively prevents the belt from running off the track and improves work efficiency. The joints can be steel clamp joints, spiral ring joints, etc.
