1.1 Technical advantages of variable pitch
At present, the pitch control mechanism of wind turbine is basically divided into electric control pitch control and centrifugal force pitch control.
The electronically controlled pitch mode is passive pitch, with a controller system to detect the voltage and current of the generator, and motor, hydraulic, push rod and other equipment to achieve the purpose of blade pitch. The design of the pitch mechanism is complex, so the cost is relatively high. Due to the complexity of mechanical design, the failure rate is also high in the process of operation.
Centrifugal force pitch is to install an iron flying rod at the root of the blade and use the centrifugal force generated by the impeller speed to change the blade angle. This structure is pure mechanical action pitch. Centrifugal force pitch can only be used for high-speed wind turbines. Generally, low-speed wind turbines are not conducive to the system. Moreover, centrifugal force pitch is a reverse propeller pitch mode, and the variation angle is very small.
Our company excludes the above two pitch structures and adopts the generator power pitch technology: it is the best choice for the wind turbine pitch system at present. The pitch system uses the power value of the generator to change the blade angle. During the operation of the impeller, if the generator reaches the rated power, the pitch system is affected by the power of the generator, It can linearly change the propeller angle in real time to stabilize the generator output power within the rated range. The variable pitch mechanical structure and control are simple and reasonable. Therefore, the adoption of our original variable pitch technology will greatly reduce the equipment failure rate.
1.2 safety protection of variable pitch on unit operation
The safety protection of wind turbine generator is not good. When it comes to strong wind, the impeller will rotate faster and faster, which will eventually lead to the burning of the generator. Once the generator is burned, the impeller will stop rotating. Our company has independently developed and launched variable pitch wind turbine generator system, which has been operating safely in the market for many years and operates well without burning accident. At the rated speed of the wind turbine, once the rated speed is exceeded during operation, the pitch will passively force the fan blade to pitch (pitch along the propeller mode) and adjust the speed, so as to achieve stable output power of the generator. 1.3 Features:
1. It adopts direct drive permanent magnet generator, high-efficiency rare earth material, and the shell is made of carbon steel.
2. The wind turbine has simple structure, the hub adopts mature variable pitch structure, no complex moving mechanical devices, and the failure rate is very low.
3. Six high-end transmission slip rings are used to conduct electricity without cable twisting.
4. The rotary vertical shaft has no rigid driving mechanism and only uses conventional bearings. This structure can easily eliminate the jitter and vibration caused by unstable air flow, which is conducive to improving the service life of wind turbine generator.
5. The efficiency of generator is more than 90%, and the utilization coefficient of wind energy is 42%.
6. The anti-corrosion treatment of tower adopts hot galvanizing:
