XH-8068/K8068 is a polyurethane adhesive resistance to 100℃30 minutes boiling sterilization.

It is a pu adhesive glue suitable for the lamination of OPP, PET, CPP, VMPET, VMCPP, NY, AL and other substrates.

This two component solvent based polyurethane adhesive use aliphatic curing agent, can be used as yellowet-resistant products.

Resin system : polyol polymer

Appearance : light yellow or yellow transparent viscous liquid

Solid content (%) :70±2

Solvent : ethyl acetate

Viscosity (mPa.s25℃) : 3000-5000

Since the curing reaction rate of the two-component polyurethane adhesive changes with the temperature, and the time required for the inner and outer layers of the rolled film to reach the set curing temperature is also different, the curing time should be appropriately extended in the case of low temperature in winter and for larger rolled films and multi-layer composite films containing AL. Avoid the occurrence of abnormal quality accidents caused by incomplete cross-linking of the two components of the adhesive, such as rolling edge and uneven quality of the composite film.
