Gravity Casting Machine Performance characteristics:

The working principle of the sand core machine is a four-column open-and-closed structure, fully automatic, manually operated hot core box core making equipment, suitable for sand cores with a mass of less than kilograms. Its working principle is to inject dry resin sand into the heated core box and quickly harden it to a certain degree before taking it out to obtain a high-quality sand core product with smooth surface and precise size.

1. The sand core machine consists of a frame mechanism, a tilting mechanism, a right mold ejection mechanism, a mold electric heating and mold temperature measurement and control system, and uses a common variable frequency motor to control the flip cylinder to realize sand core production. 4. With the automated production process, all processes from sand filling, compaction to sand core demoulding can be completed quickly. Some advanced casting sand core machines can produce dozens or even hundreds of sand cores per hour, greatly improving production efficiency and meeting the needs of large-scale casting production.

5. Sand cores of various shapes and sizes can be produced by replacing different molds to meet the production needs of different types of castings.
