The working principle of the sand core machine is a four-column open-and-closed structure, fully automatic, manually operated hot core box core making equipment, suitable for sand cores with a mass of less than kilograms. Its working principle is to inject dry resin sand into the heated core box and quickly harden it to a certain degree before taking it out to obtain a high-quality sand core product with smooth surface and precise size.

Product features:

1. The sand core machine consists of a frame mechanism, a tilting mechanism, a right mold ejection mechanism, a mold electric heating and mold temperature measurement and control system, and uses a common variable frequency motor to control the flip cylinder to realize sand core production. The speed runs steadily during the tilting and flipping process.

2. The mold closing adopts a hydraulic system and a large flow valve. Each mechanism in the hydraulic circuit can realize independent action or linkage under the automatic program.

3. The mold electric heating and mold temperature control require the design of a quick plug-in device. The mold closing device uses a cylinder to prevent the heating mold from deforming and not closing.
