Aluminum chlorohydrate (ACH), Cas: 12042-91-0， its molecular formula is Al2 (OH) 5Cl · 2H2O ,and its molecular weight is 210.48g/mol, is an inorganic polymer compound. It is a white or slightly yellow solid powder that is easily soluble in water. Its solution is a colorless and transparent liquid with a solid content of 50% and a specific gravity of 1.33-1.35g/ml (20 ℃). The aqueous solution is corrosive. Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH) is an inorganic polymer compound with a higher alkalinity (basicity) than polyaluminum chloride, second only to aluminum hydroxide. It undergoes bridging polymerization through hydroxyl groups, with the highest number of hydroxyl groups (5 hydroxyl groups) present in the molecule as a white powdery solid. Its solution is a colorless transparent liquid. The aluminum oxide content in liquid products is over 23%, while in solid products it ranges from 46% to 51%. Aluminum Chlorohydrate Cas No.: 12042-91-0has strong bridging adsorption performance. Solid products are not easily deliquescent in air and are easily soluble in water. The hydrolysis process is accompanied by physical and chemical processes such as electrochemistry, coagulation, adsorption, and precipitation.
