The spiral vortex flowmeter has a compact structure and is mainly composed of a housing, a vortex generator, sensors (temperature, pressure, flow rate), a rectifier, a bracket, and a converter. Widely used in various gas metering industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and coal.

Conditions for use of vortex gas flowmeter:

Environmental temperature: -30 ℃~+55 ℃

Relative humidity: 5%~95%

Medium temperature: -30 ℃~+80 ℃

Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa~106kPa

characteristic:

① No mechanical rotating parts, not easily corroded, high reliability, no maintenance required for long-term operation.

② Only a shorter straight pipe section is needed or even unnecessary.

③ Adopting the most advanced microprocessor technology, the instrument integration and reliability are higher, and the calculation is more accurate.

④ The whole machine has extremely low power consumption and can operate for a long time with internal battery power supply, making it an ideal on-site display instrument without the need for external power supply.

⑤ The four built-in buttons allow for parameter settings and are easy to operate.

⑥ Using EEPROM technology, the instrument coefficients can be stored for a long time even in the event of power failure.

⑦ The signal output can be pulse signal, 4-20mA current signal, and RS485 data communication, making it convenient for users to choose.

⑧ It has password protection function.
