The vortex precession flowmeter is a built-in combination of flow probes, microprocessors, pressure, and temperature sensors, making the structure more compact. It can directly measure the flow rate, pressure, and temperature of fluids, and automatically track, compensate, and correct them in real time. It adopts an intelligent LCD meter head, which displays multiple digits with low power consumption. It can easily switch between 6 international units with one click, making it easy to read. It can analyze data on site, reset to zero with one click, and read easily. It can directly display cumulative and instantaneous flow rates, as well as parameters such as medium pressure and temperature. The meter head adopts a 16 bit computer chip, with anti-interference circuit design, anti surge, and stable numerical values.

Each impeller is carefully polished without burrs to reduce pressure loss, with a long service life. The shell is made of aluminum alloy material, which is integrally formed, with good processing performance, good toughness, high temperature resistance, and not easy to rust. It can be used for a long time. The cyclone is fixed at the outlet section of the shell to eliminate eddy currents and reduce the impact on downstream instrument performance. Using 24V power supply or 3.6V lithium battery dual power supply, the parameter settings are convenient, can be stored for a long time, and can maintain historical data for up to a year. RS485 communication output, 4-20mA signal output upper and lower limit alarm output, IP65 protection level.
