Mixing System
HZS50 concrete batching plant adopt JS1000 double-shaft forced mixer, which can mix flowing concrete, dry hard concrete, light weight aggregate concrete and various types of mortar. The mixer has advantages of reasonable structure, good mixing quality, short mixing time, energy saving and low noise. |

Batching System
PLD1600 aggregate batching machine is used for HZS50 concrete batching plant, it is composed of feeding system, weighing system, electrical control system and so on. Its feeding system is arranged in the shape of "品", and the material is fed through the belt conveyor. The electric weighing system has lever and sensor, so that can provide accurate weighing. |

Cement Silo
There are three types of cement silos: bolted type cement silos, whole vertical type cement silos and horizontal type cement silos. The upper and lower parts of the silo body have level gauge and dust filter. At the cone part have arch breaker to prevent the powder from harden. With waterproof, moisture-proof, cement less loss, less environmental pollution, small area taking, long service life, low cost characteristics, the cement silo is popular usage in concrete production industry. |

Screw Conveyor The cement can be directly transported from the cement silo to the cement weighing hopper via the screw conveyor for measurement. It is big capacity, continuous & sealed transportation, reliable operation, and no air pollution to the environment. |
