This is the new machine we have manufactured, can do B(D)MC material very well, have the single plate type, double sliding plate type, three column one disk 1800 turning type, one up mold, two down mold, double station two work table, single inject single moving plates, two up down mold.
Function:
1. vertical locking mold, horizontal injection, put the insert easy and machine height lower
2. increase output and more convenient

4. the special material feeding device and install on the injection cylinder, connect with feeding hole of material pipe, make sure the material tank not change shape by heat and power
5. sectional thimble function is used for the mold design of cooling water or short material, to reduce the waste materials, lower the cost

7. specially sandwich mold plate, including break hot cold water plate and insulating glass fiber board, guarantee machine steady and using life when mold heat moving, reduce energy waste
