The workflow of Flow packing machine is as follows:
Our company produce all kinds of bag packaging machine ,such as granule packing machine,powder packing machine,semi-liquid packing machine,today we will share with you the workflow of the flow machine as below/;
1. Product preparation: Prepare the product to be packaged, usually by placing it on a conveyor belt.
2. Transportation of products: The conveyor belt transports the products from the starting point to the feeding port of the packaging machine.
3. Packaging bag production: The packaging machine automatically pulls out a section of plastic film from the drum, and then seals it through heating and pressure to form a continuous packaging bag.
4. Product bagging: The conveyor belt sends the product into the packaging bag at certain intervals.
5. Sealing and cutting: The packaging machine automatically seals the packaging bags and cuts continuous packaging bags into separate packages as needed.
6. Product discharge: The packaged product is transported out of the discharge port of the packaging machine through a conveyor belt.
7. Product Collection: Packaged products can be collected manually or automatically for further packaging or transportation.
The entire workflow is usually automated, implemented through sensors, motors, and control systems. This assembly line packaging method can improve packaging efficiency and reduce the need for manual operations.
