The working principle of a particle packaging machine is to feed granular materials into the feeding port of the packaging machine through a conveying system, and then package them through a series of steps. The specific working principle is as follows:
1. Feeding: Granular materials enter the feeding port of the packaging machine through the conveying system, and can be transported through vibrators or spiral conveyors.
2. Weighing: After the granular materials enter the packaging machine, they will be weighed through the weighing system. The weighing system usually uses load subdivision technology to accurately measure the weight of materials.
3. Packaging bag preparation: After weighing, the packaging bag will be prepared through the automatic packaging bag preparation system of the packaging machine. 4. Filling: After the packaging bag is prepared, the granular material will enter the packaging bag through the conveying system. 5. Sealing: After filling, the packaging bag will enter the sealing system. The sealing system usually uses heat sealing or pressing to seal the mouth of the packaging bag, ensuring that the material does not leak.
6. Inspection: After the sealing is completed, the packaging bag will undergo quality inspection through the inspection system. The detection system can detect the sealing quality and weight accuracy of packaging bags.
7. Discharging: The packaging bags that have passed the inspection will be discharged from the packaging machine through the conveying system, completing the entire packaging process.
