Configuration and technical parameters

The standard CAD module design adopted in our machine, each unit is

moved by motor, gear drive the printing unit, ,the driving gear(adopt with

high quality nodular QT150, fine milling processing) and the shaft adopt

keyless joint, virtual zoom, avoid center wear, make the printing machine

to keep the long-life printing precision. This machine adopts the chain

table feeding system, the performance is stable, semi-automatic paper

feeding.The inverter control of the main motor, more secure,

energy-saving; Automatic circulating oil spray lubrication system, reduce

noise, increase the working life of gear.

Printing Unit:(two unit)

1.After grinding the surface of the printing cylinder hard chromium plating,

balance correction, smooth operation; the manual adjustment of the

printing cylinder from left to right about 20mm,the adjustment is

convenient and fast.

2.The printing phase is controlled by phase motor, planetary gear

structure,use digital display 360 degree electric adjustment

3.Upper and lower embossing roll surface grinding, hard chromium plating,

balance correction, smooth operation, printing pressure is adjusted by

manual adjustment, adjust the range of 0 ~ 11mm and the scan display;

4.The anilox roller adopt with pneumatic type automatic lifting, to prevent

crushing printing plate, manual adjustment, a scale disk display,

adjustment range of 0 ~ 11mm.

5.Rubber roller surface coated with high quality rubber, special formula and

hardness treatment, precision grinding, ink evenly, stable, axial core

material for 20# steel, in the case of high pressure is not easy to break.

With precision roller, surface grinding, precision engraving, dot consistent,

ink durable, can prolong the service life of the plate and rollers, etched by

special processing technology

6.Using pneumatic membrane pump circulation supply, the ink supply

stability, convenient operation, simple maintenance; ink screen and filter

impurities; ink fountain for stainless steel material (with ink retaining

block), to replace ink can be quickly ink duck washing clean.
