Hot dip JIS G3302 SGC440 galvanized steel coil is a material of galvanized steel coil. The sheet steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath so that a layer of zinc adheres to the surface and the sheet. The rolled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a bath of molten zinc to make a color-coated galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also made by hot dip method, but it is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately after being out of the can to form a zinc-iron alloy coating. The galvanized steel coil of this process has good coating adhesion and weldability. Steel galvanized coil can be divided into hot-rolled galvanized coil and cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized coil, which are mainly used in construction, automobile, container, transportation and home furnishing industries. Especially steel structure construction, automobile manufacturing, steel silo manufacturing and other industries.
