WORKING PRINCIPLE

Slurry pump makes sand water mixture delivery to whirl cone, centrifugal grading concentrated fine sand through the sand setting nozzle provided to vibrating screen,after the vibrating screen dehydration,fine sand and water are effective separated, a small amount of fine sand and clay is by return box back to cleaning tank,cleaning tank level is higher,by the discharging mouth discharge.Linear vibrating screen recovery material weight concentration is 70% - 85%. Control fineness modulus can by changing the pump Speed, change slurry concentration, regulating overflow water, replacement sand mouth to achieve. Thus finish cleaning, ehydration and grade three kind of functions.
