If the viscosity is too high during high-speed printing, you can use ester solvent to dilute it. The diluent accounts for 10%-20% of the weight of the ink.
4. The viscosity of laser ink for screen printing is moderate, and there are three ink with different particle sizes to choose, which are suitable for printing with different screen meshes ,such as 150 mesh-350 mesh. For ink with a coarse particle size, choose a screen printing with a low mesh number, and the laser effect will be good; for ink with a small particle size, choose a screen printing with a high mesh number, and the surface will be delicate and smooth, and it also have a mirror effect. The laser effects are different on different substrates. Try to use materials with a flat and smooth surface. If you feel that the viscosity of the ink is too high during printing, you can add 783, anti-whitening water and other solvents to dilute it. Thinner accounts for 8%-15% of the ink weight. After printing, it can be dried naturally or baked. The baking temperature for plastic and paper substrates is 80℃/30min, and the baking temperature for glass substrates is 120℃/30min.
