Fluid is evenly distributed around the twisted tubes of Twisted Tape Heat Exchanger. There is no flowing dead zone, and it is less likely to have swirls or scales caused by overheating with an effective heating area of 98%.
Unlike Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, inside the shell, we have no baffle in Twisted Tube Exchanger as all twisted tubes were strapped independently from the shell.
