Operate agile heat exchanger produced by our company is the ideal equipment for liquid-liquid and liquid-vapor heat exchange. The ripples on the machine promote fluid turbulence, and the heat exchanger uses a three-stage design to achieve the most compact structure and support plates against differential pressure. The frame plate and pressure plate of high efficient heat exchanger are suspended from the bearing rod, just located on the lower guide rod, so that the frame plate and pressure plate can be fixed on the support column. In practice, if one or both of the superior output heat exchanger fluids flow through the device more than once, they are connected to the frame plate and the pressure plate.

In those days, we combine a Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger with a plate and frame heat exchanger, so our superior output heat exchanger can first use steam to heat the juice, and then run through the juice with cold water. But now with one plate heat exchanger, we can witness a three stages of heat exchanging.
1.Preheating of cold juice(28C-53C)
2.Warming up of juice from 53C to 86C by steam to kill harmful bacteria
3.Cooling down of juice from 61C to 4C by using chilled water to maintain flavor
