Also called as Dock Ramp or Loading Ramp, hydraulic loading dock leveler is a fixed lifting machine to facilitate loading or unloading goods in warehouse. It creates a slope bridge between warehouse platform and truck container floor. Forklifts or trolleys can drive into container directly through the dock leveler slope.
The stationary fixed dock leveler will be placed into a pre-built concrete pit on the loading bay. A hydraulic motor drives the platform up and down, realizing seamless joint between warehouse ground and truck floor. Then,forklifts or trolleys can transfer goods quickly. Thus it improves the loading & unloading efficiency obviously and also save a lot labor. Hydraulic dock leveler is widely used in loading bays of logistics centers, warehouses, cold rooms and dispatch area of factories.
