The material for this flywheel is aluminum alloy ADC12 with the NEO magnet. This flywheel is used in the professional chainsaw. This is casted with two-cavity tooling in the 400T die casting machines. With the NEO material magnet, the flywheel can have better performance.
The diameter of the part is 11.4cm, and the part weight is 0.462kg. The outer diameter is machined and the magnet is charged.
It matches with the module for the chainsaw.
The factory started to do the aluminum die casting for the flywheel from 2006. We have total 14sets of die casting machines (300T&400T) for production. Half of them are with robotic arms. There are 14 machining and inspection lines for the flywheel. Half of them are automatic.
We can also design and make the tooling for the flywheel by ourselve.
The related inspection equipments are all available, such as X-Ray machine, CMM, spin test machines.
