Machine realizes the continuous operation of clothing automatic folding, automatic wrapping paper, automatic bagging, and automatic transparent tape sealing, which improves the standardization of clothing folding and improve efficiency of clothing packing, greatly reducing labor costs, and increasing the level of intelligence and automation of garment factories, suitable for major garment enterprises.

Machine application and functions
1. Applicable clothes: T-shirt, Polo shirt, round collar jacket, hoody, thin jacket, casual shirt and another thin clothes.
Not applicable: Chiffon and silk clothes, clothes with accessories, thick overcoat, down jacket, and thoes clothes not easy to fold manually.
2. Applicable polybags: PE/PP/OPP envelope opening polybag, the polybag width: 25~42cm, the polybag length: 20~50cm.
3. Garment Packaging Machine functions:
*1) Automatic feeding paper on the back of garments.
*2) Automatic folding garments.
*3) Automatic paper wrapping after folded.
*4) Automatic bag opening and packing into the bag.
*5) Automatic tear tape and sealing.
*6) Within the allowable value range, the folded length and width can be adjusted as you need.
*7) Machine can automatically detect the length of garment, when garment size is different, machine can identify and automatically fold according to the first folding length, so as to ensure the uniform folding length without changing the polybag. Clothes of different sizes can be folded into uniform sizes and packed into bags.
*8) Machine will calculate the number of completed pieces automatically, and the alarm function for multiple garments can be set up.
4. Machine efficiency:
