A most versatile automatic folding and packaging for clothing equipment, suitable for all kinds of thin and thick clothes, as well as different pants .Pants folding can be finished with automatic crotch folding function.

The machine has realized the automatic folding, automatic paper placing, automatic packaging into bags,the continuous operation of automatic bag sealing improves the standard degree and folding of clothing

packaging efficiency, greatly reduce labor costs, improve the whole intelligence

level of automation, suitable for major garment enterprises.

Automatic Folding Clothes Machine efficiency: 450-600 pieces per hour (related to the speed of manual laying of
clothes). One machine equipped with 1 worker, can achieve a daily average packing of 5000 pieces.

Applicable clothes:
Tops:Thin&Thick T-shirt, Polo shirt, Round collar hoody,Hoodies,jacket,work clothes,casual shirt,sweather,thermal underwear,thin overcoat etc.

Pants:All kinds of knitted, woven fabrics such as sports pants, casual pants, jeans and other pants.

GARMENT

Applicable polybags:

PE/PP/OPP self adhensive envelope polybag, the minimum width of polybag is 200mm.

Machine Function:
1.Automatic folding for all kinds of clothes or pants, automatic opening bag,automatic putting into the polybag, automatic sealing the bag.
2. With automatic crotch folding function.
3.It can meet the front placement requirements of the tag
4.Within the allowable value range, the folded length and width can be adjusted as you need.
5.Automatic tearing the tape and sealing the bag.
6.Machine will calculate the number of completed pieces automatically
7.Alarm function for multiple
garments can be set up.
8.The packaging parameters of different clothing types can be saved and set to facilitate switching.
9.Optional function for sealing bag: A or B or C.

Opctional function
A. Automatic sealing by hot-melting (hot seal and hot cut or hot seal and cold cut)
B. Automatic stripping sticky tape and seal (tape wider than 0.8cm)
C. Automatic sealing bag by adhesive tapes
D.Front and reverse folding function (can solve the problem of collar orientation)
