Polypropylene homopolymer is the most utilized polypropylene. PP homopolymer sheet is more rigid and stronger than the copolymer sheet. Natural PP polypropylene sheet can run in the temperature range 30º to 180º F. PP homopolymer sheet has good weldibility, high performance in thermoforming, good chemical resistance, and is also USDA, FDA, NSF, and 3-A Dairy compliant in the natural color.PP plate sheet is available in the colors natural, white, grey and black; and in the form of rod, sheet, strip, and film. Flexible polypropylene sheet can be machined with ordinary wood or metal working equipment.
Main Properties:
PP homopolymer sheet offers a high strength to weight ratio and is stiffer and stronger than copolymer, this combined with good chemical resistance and welding allows this material to be used in many corrosion resistant structures.
Application:
PP homopolymer sheet is widely used in drinking water, sewage line, seals spraying carrier, anti-corrosive tank/bucket, acid/alkali resistant industry, waste/exhaust emission equipment, washer, dust free room, semiconductor factory and other related industry equipment and machinery, food machine and cutting plank and electroplating process.
