Copper foil tapes are available in standard and custom slit widths as a self wound product or on a liner. The tape is available with an acrylic adhesive which can be conductive or non-conductive. Copper foil tapes are very conformable and ideally suited for critical shielding and masking applications. The tapes have a multitude of uses in electronic design and production.
It can be used for electro-static shielding, cable wrapping.The adhesive may or may not be conductive. Copper foil tape is chemically resistant and may or
may not have a liner.
Thickness and width are customized. Besides copper foil, we have copper-polyester laminated film adhesive tape, and aluminum adhesive tape, aluminum-polyester laminated film adhesive tape.
The copper tape can be die cut into customized shape, or cutted into customized size rectangle shape.
The tape can be sold by pcs or squremeters.

The production process of copper strip:
1. Embry production: According to the predetermined production target, different amounts of zinc ingots are added to the scrap copper material to obtain copper raw materials of different specifications.
2. Laboratory test: In order to ensure the production of finished products that are both qualified and economical, the accuracy of the test results is still very important. The responsibility of the laboratory is to quickly and accurately inform the smelter of the test results based on the copper blocks submitted for inspection.
3. Cut off: The complete copper bar is pulled by the suspending rope, placed steadily on the special cutting table, and then cut off by the cutting wheel saw, and then the uneven surface of the copper bar surface is polished and smoothed by the copper strip washing machine, which is conducive to the later processing. 4. Hot rolling: The cut copper strip is heated at a high temperature of 1000°C, and then hot rolled to form a copper strip with a thickness of about 2.3cm.
5. Washing: Each copper block is subjected to the first rolling step. Due to the existence of surface impurities, in order to avoid affecting the quality of the finished product, it must go through the sealing furnace again and then go through the washing process. The washing area is divided into two types of pools according to the acidity. The high concentration is 6-8 degrees, and the low concentration is 3-5 degrees. Among them, the medium-red plaques on the surface of the copper rods and copper strips can be washed away by the acid solution of the washing pool, while the dark red plaques are removed by the iron fine brushes during the washing process. After this series of treatments, the copper strips are obviously It shines with the inherent luster of copper itself. The same red plaque and red plaque still exist during the rolling, it is still necessary to repeat the water washing step.
