The diffused silicon pressure transmitter uses imported sensors with internationally advanced technology, coupled with high-precision electronic components, and is assembled through a strictly required process. It is compared to the conventional pressure transmitter used. There are two significantly different technical differences: first, the measuring element uses emerging high-precision ceramic materials; second, there is no intermediary liquid in the measuring element and it is completely solid.

Working principle of diffused silicon pressure transmitter

The pressure of the measured medium directly acts on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro-displacement that is proportional to the medium pressure, causing the resistance value of the sensor to change. The electronic circuit is used to detect this change, and convert and output a value corresponding to This is the standard measurement signal for pressure.
