1. Our reflective ink is a single-component solvent volatile ink and is suitable for screen printing. Our reflective ink is suitable for substrates such as paper, metal, textiles, glass, etc. Among them,Can be used for plastics. the reflective effect is best on the substrate with a flat and bright surface, and the ink film layer on the white substrate is more colorful. 3. Our reflective ink （Special reflective ）has moderate viscosity and is suitable for 120-200 mesh screen printing. During printing, pay attention to keep the squeegee angle and pressure consistent so that the ink layer is uniform and the reflective pigments are oriented and arranged evenly, which can achieve that the reflective effect of the ink is optimal. If the viscosity is high, you can add 783, BCS, DBE and other solvents to dilute it. Generally, we can add 10-20% solvents into the ink.Natural drying takes about 24 hours and heat-drying at 60 degrees takes about 20-30 minutes. The drying temperature and time depend on the specific situation.
