Before leaving the factory, the surface of the equipment is coated with a layer of anti-rust oil. After installation, the anti-rust oil must be cleaned with kerosene or cleaning agent.
Note: Do not use gasoline, banana water or corrosive solvents to clean, and pay attention to fire prevention.
settle
A, there should be enough space near the equipment to help with loading and unloading
B. When we are in maintenance or repair, we need to contact the internal device of the equipment, at this time we must ensure that all the protective doors or power distribution cabinets are in play
There will be no interference.
C, the placement of the ground should be smooth and will not occur ground settlement
levelling
A. After the equipment is hung on the anchor bolts of the cement floor, move the equipment alternately on the workbench surface by pressing the icon with a level
Adjust and continuously fine-tune the anchor bolt until the device is level.
B. The device can also be hung on a solid cement floor, with external hex bolts and foot pads installed on the base, and the device can be operated by pressing the icon with a level
Horizontal adjustments are made by alternating movements on the table, and the anchor bolts are continuously fine-tuned until the device is leveled.
a. When moving along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail plane of the workbench, the reading error of the level is less than 0.1mm/m
b. When moving along the horizontal direction of the guide rail plane of the workbench, the reading error of the level is less than 0.1mm/m
c, the level of the equipment is very important for the consistency and accuracy of cutting
d. The level is recommended to use a frame level or a composite level with an accuracy of 0.02C
Hydraulic oil
Before leaving the factory, the hydraulic oil in the equipment has been cleaned, please add 32# or 46# hydraulic oil until the oil level gauge shows two squares on the red line.
A. It is forbidden to start the hydraulic system when the oil is insufficient to prevent damage to the oil pump, and fill the same type of hydraulic oil
B, when the hydraulic oil emulsification phenomenon, it is prohibited to use and clean and replace the new hydraulic oil in time
C, when the hydraulic oil has tiny bubbles, do not start, and then start when the oil returns to normal state
Worm gear box, gear box oil
Before use, please check whether the amount of oil in the worm gear box or gear box is enough. When it is lower than the middle line of the oil level meter, 150# gear oil must be added.
A. When the oil in the worm gear box or gear box is insufficient, it will cause damage to the important parts of the worm gear box or gear box, and fill the same in time

Cooling water
Before leaving the factory, the cooling water in the equipment has been cleaned, please add water and 5%-8% saponification liquid until the level meter shows two squares on the red line.
A. It is forbidden to operate the cooling pump when there is no coolant in the water tank to prevent damage to the cooling pump
B, if the cooling water freezes, can not be turned on, the application of +10℃ low temperature water melting, otherwise it will damage the pump motor
3.7 Power Supply
50Hz/380V AC power supply
A, all power distribution operations should be carried out by professional electrical personnel in accordance with national power distribution standards
B, power distribution operation, should first turn off the power in the breaker
C, if you want to connect the equipment power supply, should be connected with the appropriate cable, to ensure that the cable meets the required voltage value
D. The protection grounding wire must be connected to the special contact for protection grounding of the equipment electrical box
