
Beer worting cooling technology comes to shape around the 1980s, and, with a few adjustments to its production line, is still a big hit among manufacturers. Cold side medium is 3-4℃ water from chillers while hot side, 96-98℃ beer wort. Heat tranfers from the wort into the water, making it available for the following heating up process.
Brazed Phe for Beer Wort Cooling is formed by braze welding in vacuum braze welding furnace by using lots of herringbone corrugated stainless steel sheets (316L or 304) and pure copper (99.9%). It is also commonly applied in refrigerating, air-conditioning system and waste heat recovery system.
