By using high-speed rotating blade cutter group, This vacuum bowl choppers can cut and mix meat and auxiliary materials into paste status evenly. With little temperature rise and short cutting time, the machine can produce meat paste with maximum emulsification, elasticity and smoothness status. The bowl cutter has the perfect combination of the cutter speed, pan speed and the gap between the cutters and the revolving pan is less than 1.5 mm. The bowl cutter is an ideal machine with features of easy operation,safety and reliability, meeting hygiene requirements.

Cutting in vacuum environment, It prevents the raw meat of myoglobin, fat and other nutrients to be oxidized damage and reduces the bubbles existing. The vacuum system is benefit for keeping the fresh color and taste of meat in maximum degree. The high speed cutting system make it possible to produce homogenized meats with relatively shorter time and less temperature rising. Mechanical loading for 200 liter buggies and automatic discharging devices made it easy for dealing with raw materials at production.
