Introduction

Oblique Arm Type Flat Screen Printing Machine is a special type of screen printing equipment. Its characteristic is that the screen frame (i.e., screen) opens and closes at a certain angle, contacts the workbench and completes the printing operation. The screen clamping mechanism is installed on the cam rotating shaft, and continuous printing is achieved by periodically leaving and contacting the workbench, thereby increasing the printing speed.

Oblique arm design: The core feature of the oblique arm screen printing machine is its unique oblique arm design, which enables the screen frame to open and close at a certain angle. Relatively low precision: Compared with the vertical lifting screen printer, the precision of the oblique arm screen printer may be slightly lower. This is mainly because its oblique arm design limits the improvement of precision to a certain extent. However, in most application scenarios, this difference in precision does not have a significant impact on the final printing effect.

It is equipped with safe bounce-back function, ensuring safety in operation it is also provided with automatic synchronous screen-departure function , and this may avoid the scumming of printed materials effectively.
All components of the electrical section are from noted brands, its panel is fitted with electronic touch keys. the complete machine is coated with static pyrolytic coating, with esthetic appearance , good taste, and solvent resistance.
