/Usage and characters

The cold stamping process is different from the hot stamping process that heats the stamping plate to transfer the metal coating on the stamping foil to the product. It mainly relies on the coating, first screen printing or spraying solvent-based or UV-based varnish on the product, and then using a roller-type stamping machine for embossing. The coated area will transfer the stamping foil, while the uncoated area will not transfer the stamping foil.

The cold stamping process is suitable for larger paper, high-temperature-resistant films, some metal glass and other products that are not suitable for direct stamping. The cold stamping process is also more suitable for multi-color stamping combinations.

H-TCR720 is designed for water transfer paper, heat transfer paper with hot stamping such as stickers gilt of ceramic label paper, it has one set of feeding roll, installation need stamping foil . It is widely used in Cloth ,stickers, PVC film, paper and other products.
Indirect stamping process: First, in gilt plasma screen above the paper or fabric , followed by then H-TCR720 heat transfer machine transfer. For the indirect process, logo screen spacing depends on the spacing.

Cold-stamping process

Cold stamping is a hot stamping technology that completes the transfer of electrochemical aluminum foil under cold pressing. It is suitable for paper and glass. It can also be hot stamped on plastic materials such as PP, PET, PP synthetic paper, heat-sensitive materials, and in-mold labels.

Screen printing and drying

Screen printing UV ink, UV varnish or solvent-based ink, solvent-based varnish, screen printing solvent-based ink and varnish need to be dried with IR tunnel furnace, screen printing UV ink and varnish need to be dried with UV curing machine, screen printing machine can choose oblique arm screen printing machine and vertical lifting screen printing machine, or screen printing machine drying production line with robot unloading, to complete screen printing and drying steps in one step.

Transfer

Use transfer hot stamping machine to fit the hot stamping foil and the screen-printed product, enter the roller pressing mechanism, and the hot stamping foil will be transferred to the area of printing ink and varnish under the action of heat and pressure.
