Micro diaphragm water pump,as a type of mini vacuum pump, with an inlet suction nozzle and outlet exhaust nozzle. It’s principle is that the motor drives the transmission mechanism, making the diaphragm inside the pump to perform reciprocating motion. This movement makes a change in the volume inside the pump chamber, resulting in a vacuum or negative pressure at the suction port and a slight positive pressure at the exhaust nozzle. Under the pressure difference, gas is drawn into the pump chamber and discharged from the exhaust port

There are two main working modes for mini water pump in gas transmission:

The first mode: The circular motion of the motor causes the diaphragm inside the pump to perform reciprocating motion through a mechanical device, thereby compressing and stretching the air inside the pump chamber to form negative and positive pressure, to achieve gas suction and discharge.

The second mode (suitable for specific types of micro diaphragm water pumps): uses the rotation of the screw stem to suction and discharge gas. The middle screw is the active screw, which is driven to rotate by the prime mover, while the screws on both sides are the passive screws, which rotate in the opposite direction with the active screw. The mutual meshing of each screw and the tight fit between the screw and the inner wall of the liner create one or more sealed spaces between the suction and discharge ports of the micro diaphragm pump. As the screw rotates and meshes, these sealed spaces are continuously formed at the suction end of the pump, sealing the gas in the suction chamber and continuously moving from the suction chamber along the axial direction of the screw to the discharge end, continuously discharging the gas enclosed in each space.
