That is, a screen printer is used to print a whole set of rulers, protractors and triangles at the same time, and the whole set is packaged and shipped, and the delivery cycle is significantly shortened.

This automatic screen printer uses a rotary workbench, generally with 4-8 stations, and the fixture installed at each station can place rulers, triangles and protractors at the same time, so a set of stationery can be completed in one printing. Place the stationery on the workbench and operate the machine. The workbench will take the fixture and product to the next station for surface treatment, screen printing, automatic unloading, and UV curing.

Machine structure

Rotary screen printer

The main screen printer adopts a rotary structure, generally with 4-8 stations. The rotary is controlled by a precision divider, and the up and down movement of the screen and the scraper are pneumatically controlled. If there are higher requirements for precision, servo motor control can be used

Automatic unloading structure

The automatic unloading structure is generally a robotic arm. The stationery set after silk screen printing is grabbed by a robotic arm and transferred to the UVLED conveyor belt.

UVLED curing structure

It consists of a UVLED curing device, a cooling system and a conveyor belt. The stationery set unloaded on the conveyor belt enters the UV curing unit for ink drying.
