Introduction

The drum sublimation transfer machine mainly uses the principle of thermal sublimation of ink to transfer the pattern on the sublimation transfer paper. Sublimation refers to the process in which the solid ink solidified on the paper is directly transformed into gas without passing through the liquid state. In the drum sublimation transfer machine, the transfer paper containing sublimation dye and the fabric are first closely fitted, and then the sublimation transfer process of the ink is completed by the temperature generated by the heating drum and the squeezing of the paper and fabric by the roller and the blanket. Under the action of pressure, the dye molecules that have become gaseous will penetrate into the fibers of materials such as fabrics, and then re-condense (gas directly turns into solid) when they are cooled, and are fixed on the material fibers, thereby realizing the transfer of the pattern. This method can make the transferred pattern bright in color and have good firmness.
