Bottle Cap Dry Offset Printing Machine
SO4328 is 1-4 color variable speed printing system with accurate color registration. The machine adopts well-known brand electrical components, easy-to-use touch screen and PLC control system, with reliable performance. It is suitable for printing UV inks of various colors on the top of plastic bottle caps with very high speed 3200pcs/min.
SO4328 is equipped Equipped with automatic escalators, it can store a large volume of caps and feed the correct number of caps into the unscrambler.
Automatic feeding system is composed of aluminum and stainless steel, monitoring the conditions of feeding tracks with sensors. It will stop feeding when it is full, or vice-versa.
UV system has automatic temperature control and extraction system which avoid the lamp over-heated & maximized the lamp efficiency.
SO4328 can be connected with cap making machine, cap slitting machine and quality inspection machine to be a whole beverages bottle caps production line.

1. We can touch the image or text if it is printed by screen printing press, but offset printing equipment cannot.
2. Screen printing machine can do chromatic printing and overlay printing, but offset can only do chromatic printing.
3. The printing speed are different, offset printing is much faster.
