Description of 3D mixer:
3D Dry Powder Mixer is used to mix powder, granule, and particle in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, light industry, electronic, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry and scientific research institutes.
The material is added to the mixing tank through the feeding machine or the vacuum feeding system. The mixing barrel space is crossed and perpendicular to each other. The main and driven shafts connected by the Y-type universal joint support the mixing barrel to make the three dimensional space. The unique translation, inversion and inversion movements accelerate the flow and diffusion during the mixing process, and avoid the segregation and accumulation of the specific gravity of the material caused by the centrifugal force of the general mixer, so that the material can be reached in a short time.
The machine is composed of machine base, drive system, three-dimensional motion mechanism, mixing cylinder, frequency conversion speed control motor, feeding outlet outlet, electrical control system, etc., the mixing cylinder in direct contact with the material is made of high-quality stainless steel material, and the inner wall of the cylinder is precision polished.
Features of 3D mixer:
1. The mixer is provided with three-dimensional movement so that the materials complete the process of mutual mixing from the agglomeration status to dispersion status under the actions of flowing, shearing, translational movement, and dispersion, even mixing of materials is ensured and the evenness reaches 99.9%. In ordinary mixers, the materials only make simple dispersion and agglomeration movement in the vessel, which is featured by low efficiency and bad mixing quality.
2. With short mixing time and high efficiency, the effective loading rate of the vessel reaches 80%. (The rate of ordinary mixers in only 40%.)
3. The machine is low and does not have special requirements for plants so that investment in basic construction is reduced.
4. The mixing barrel and machine body driving part can adopt partition installation to meet the GMP requirements.
5. For the laboratory size 3D mixer, mixing vessels of volume can be placed in the mixing barrel for mixing with convenient use.
6. Frequency converter speed adjustment can be realized to facilitate material loading and unloading.
7. It is featured by long service life and low noise.
8. Vacuum feeding and lifting machine feeding are available.
