Product introduction

All the rig's systems of power,drawworks,mast,traveling block and transmission system are equipped to the self-proplled chassis.The rig is easy and low cost to be transported,and it has reliable performance,large working load and good off-road power. The basi parameters and overall design conform to the APl standard and HSE system. Adopt mature,reliable,practical and advanced technology.Key components of diesel engine,transmission case and so on are selected imported components.

Over 4 decades,We have been specializing in drilling rig matching and production,and can provide ZJ90,ZJ70,ZJ50,ZJ40,ZJ30 drilling rig and related accessories that fully conform to API standard,including the drill,top drive,BOP blowout preventer,manifold system,compound drill pipe,drill pipe,drill collar,drilling tools,commuter transport vehicles,the lifting cranes and excavators,generator set etc.

ZJ40/2250J rig is block substructure with K type mast, adopts 3 sets of PZ12V190B diesel engines to drive all devices. Main Drawworks and compounding transmission set are placed on 1m high rear substructure, and the rotary table is placed on 6m high drill floor. Belt compounding transmission device drives Drawworks by chain, drive to rotary table through dynamic bevel gear

box and cardan shaft. Belt compounding transmission device drives mud pump by belt.

The rig is the best alternative product of Daqing 130 rig.

Characteristics and features

▲Substructure adopts the modular mode, and blocks connect with each other by pins, which can realize to move quickly.

▲Mast is front open-face, “K” type mast. The five sections of mast is tower-type integral structure, can install with the crown block to transport together. The supporting leg is located at base of substructure. stability is good, It is raised and laid down by drawworks power as a whole.

▲Transfer power though the bevel angle gearbox and the cardan shaft, and the rotary table power is from the cat head winches chain box and cardan shaft, the structure is simple and easy to install. Drawworks is divided, the main of which is placed under drill floor, it adopts sealing structure, chain is force-feed lubrication, pneumatic tyre gear change and drum grooving.
