Applicable working conditions:
It is suitable for cutting, splitting and recycling of heavy steel such as H.I steel, automobile girder and plant support beam. Widely used in the field of metal regeneration.

Product design features:
① The cylinder adopts large caliber, reverse thrust, flip design. Japan original NOK oil seal.
② Rotating device - driven by self-protection hydraulic motor, it can rotate 360 degrees for easy positioning at any Angle. The motor is equipped with an adjustable overload balancing device, which can adjust the flow pressure by itself and protect the motor bidirectional.
③ According to the mechanical principle of design (special jaw design) shear material is more stable, not easy to slip, strong penetration.
④ Speed valve (standard) - speed up shear speed, improve efficiency.
⑤ Trapezoidal blade design, greater shear force, stronger penetration.
⑥The blade is made of imported material (special alloy steel process), and the four sides are exchanged. Threaded hole design is adopted.
⑦ Material: The main body is made of Q460 and NM400 steel.
⑧ Tool head design: the main tool plate is wide, the main tool plate is integrated into the design, and the knife tip guard plate is strengthened.
