The flow profile of the natural gas flow sensor is similar to that of Venturi tube. A group of spiral flow guiding blades are placed on the entrance side. When the fluid enters the flow sensor, the flow guiding blades force the fluid to generate violent vortex flow. When the fluid enters the diffusion section, the vortex flow is affected by backflow and starts to rotate twice, forming a gyro-type vortex-driven phenomenon. The precession frequency is proportional to the flow rate and is not affected by the physical properties and density of the fluid. The secondary rotation precession frequency of the fluid measured by the detection element can obtain a good linearity within a wide flow range. The signal is amplified, filtered and reshaped by the preamplifier and converted into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and then sent to the microprocessor together with the detection signals such as temperature and pressure for integration processing, and the measurement results (instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, temperature and pressure data) are displayed on the LCD display. Internal structure of the product
The flowmeter consists of a sensor and a conversion display instrument.
1. The sensor includes vortex generator, detection element, rectifier and Shell.
The vortex generator is composed of specific spiral blades, which are fixed at the front end of the contraction section of the shell, forcing the fluid to generate strong vortex flow.
2. Conversion display instrument
After amplification, filtering and shaping, the weak voltage signal detected by the piezoelectric sensor becomes a pulse signal whose frequency is proportional to the flow rate, and then it is counted and displayed by the display instrument. The display instrument is equipped with an external transmission interface to output various signals. The measured gas medium can be compensated for temperature and pressure, converted into volume flow under standard conditions, and displayed.
Precautions for installation
1. The sensor can be installed vertically, horizontally or at any inclined position according to the flow direction mark;
2. When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, support should be installed on the upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the influence of pipeline vibration;
3. The installation site of the sensor should have enough space to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter;
4, should avoid the interference of external strong magnetic field;
5. When installing and using Outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid exposure to the sun and rain erosion, which will affect the service life of the instrument;
6. When testing the pressure of the pipeline, pay attention to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor configured by the intelligent flowmeter, so as not to damage the pressure sensor under overpressure.
