Main functions

CNC Vertical Lathes is an automated Vertical Cnc Lathe Machine for machining internal and external cylindrical surfaces, tapered surfaces, end faces, grooves and chamfers of parts. this CNC lathes is particularly suitable for machining parts such as wheels and discs for automobiles.

Application range

Rough and finish machining of automotive wheel hubs, brake hubs, flywheel housings, clutch housings, pressure plates, rims, differential housings, discs and other parts.

Main features

The spindle of the machine adopts frequency conversion and is equipped with 18.5KW motor or more, which is suitable for strong cutting; it is also suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of the parts.
The vertical and horizontal feeds are automatically controlled by servo motors, and the counterweight structure in the vertical direction greatly extends the service life of the screw.
The machine tool holder adopts the form of row tool or four-station electric tool holder, and can be equipped with hydraulic chuck for simple and convenient operation, greatly improving work efficiency.
The machine can be equipped with special tooling and encoder (for thread processing) according to the user's requirements.

The machine tool can be equipped with Guangzhou CNC, Beijing Kainty, Chengdu Guangtai and other domestic systems according to user requirements, or imported CNC systems.
