This equipment is a good combination of trolley and vacuum lifter, integrating gripping, palletizing and long-distance transport functions, which can be pushed by manual or electrical (according to your needs) to move the equipment to the pile and palletizing work area. Compared with the traditional fixed type, the equipment can be used in a variety of applications such as vehicle loading and unloading areas, warehouse transfer, packing and palletizing at the end of the products assembly line.

Operation
The turbine is connected to the lifting tube by suction hose. The item is picked up as soon as the suction cup comes into contact with it. The lift tube then contracts and the load’s weight is supported by the vacuum. It can then be moved effortlessly. The rotary or trigger type control is used to raise or lower the load.
safety
The turbine is protected by a dust removal unit. In the event of power failure, an anti-drop check valve allows the item to drop slowly to the floor with no risk of slipping. If overloaded, the devise will not lift the load.
Optional installation
1.Bracket crane : 2 to 6 meters long, with wall mounting kit or column-mounted.
2.Travelling crane.

lifter can suspense in Jib crane or Roof rail track and other crane.Usually ,it was used as a stacking machine to stack the
cartons and bags onto pallet from flow production line.
The Machine can moving by Manual , it can used on anywhere you want if there has three-phase power supply .
The Lifter need the extra crane or rail track , the Vacuum tube lifter fixed on the unfold crane of the machine . And the unfold crane can swing 330° & 360° in two Arm joint. So the work area is bigger , but save more space .
And the colum of crane is optional , you can choose fixed or Auto liftable . So it can work in some low-rise place , such as load or unload in container.
