1. PLCcontrol system , touch screen , messeage for water temper , speed , throughput and fault, Can separately control whole line .
2 vertical washing machine with its robust structure in stainless steel, is equipped with 6 sets Germany Brushes which has a anti-static and water-proof function . Independent motors for each brush to ensure the washing reliability , in particular is the absence of vibrations ,independent stainless steel tanks are provided for washing & rinse section in order to avoid the mixing of dirty .it also accelerate water filtering and recycling.
3 Press section:
# The frame is welding by 2.75 mm International Rectangular pipe with high strength structure.
# Press board can open, easy to examine an repair.
# It adopts imported servo drive control system , which is more precise , efficient, stable and reliable than traditional pneumatic and hydraulic control and has excellent performance
