Function
Fixed wellhead: installed at the wellhead of an oil well or gas well, providing basic support and connection points for the entire wellhead device to ensure the stability and sealing of the wellhead.

Connecting casing string: used to connect casing strings of different diameters and specifications, so that the casing downhole forms a continuous channel so that oil and gas can flow smoothly from the formation to the wellhead.

Sealing annular space: effectively seal the annular space between the casing and the well wall to prevent the oil, gas, mud and other fluids in the well from leaking to the ground, and also prevent external air, water, etc. from entering the well to ensure the stability of the pressure system in the well.

Hanging oil pipe: providing a hanging support point for the oil pipe so that the oil pipe can maintain the correct position in the well, which is convenient for oil and gas extraction operations.

Controlling wellhead pressure: equipped with corresponding valves and control devices, it can adjust the pressure at the wellhead to ensure that oil and gas are extracted and transported under safe and stable pressure conditions.

Design features
Straight hole design: usually adopts straight hole design, with a 45° shoulder with large load-bearing capacity, which is convenient for installing various types of casing hangers and can adapt to different casing procedures and pressure levels.

Side outlet connection: It has a variety of side outlet connection methods, such as pipe thread side outlet, threaded flange side outlet, VR thread, etc., which is convenient for connecting other equipment at the wellhead, such as Christmas trees, tubing, etc.

Secondary sealing mechanism: The bottom is designed with a BT-type secondary sealing mechanism. During the installation of the tubing, the casing can be cut on site to adapt to the sealing height, improving the reliability and flexibility of the seal.

Interchangeable casing hanger: Standard-sized sliding sleeve and mandrel casing hangers can be used interchangeably to meet the needs of different users and provide more choices and convenience.
