There is no protrusions and burrs on the surface of the gear and the hob life is longer, which can effectively reduce the transmission noise caused by the gear flash burr, especially for the new energy vehicle gear.
3、Chamfering station hob holder allows large angle turnover, very convenient for the replacement of hob, while you can use a variety of chamfering technology according to the need for the upper and lower end of the workpiece chamfering.
4、The use of stable four-station loading and unloading manipulator, to achieve loading and unloading station, waiting station, gear hobbing station and chamfering station continuous conversion, to maximize the saving of loading and unloading time, to achieve less humanized and unmanned processing, improve the processing efficiency of the machine.
