Anti corrosion and wear-resistant electromagnetic flowmeter is an instrument that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure the flow rate of conductive fluid based on the electromotive force induced by the external magnetic field when the conductive fluid passes through. The structure of an electromagnetic flowmeter mainly consists of a magnetic circuit system, a measuring tube, electrodes, an outer shell, a lining, and a converter.

The anti-corrosion and wear-resistant electromagnetic flowmeter adopts a 16 bit embedded microprocessor, with fast calculation speed, high accuracy, programmable frequency low-frequency rectangular wave excitation, which improves the stability of flow measurement and low power consumption. The processing of all digital signals has strong anti-interference ability, reliable measurement, high accuracy, and a flow measurement range of 150:1. It has three internal integrators that can respectively display the forward cumulative quantity and the difference cumulative quantity. It is equipped with a non power-off clock and can record 16 power-off times. The joint adopts a waterproof and dustproof electrical interface, effectively isolating the entry of external water vapor and moisture, protecting internal components, fully enclosed sensors, and isolating the canned body to prevent water vapor from penetrating the meter head, making the product more durable to use. LCD backlight display, clear real-time flow display, cumulative flow display, percentage real-time display. High quality flange, made of carbon steel spray painted shell with large thickness, long service life, more anti-corrosion and wear-resistant, and stronger compressive strength.
