Automatic sealing robot for Double Glazing Unit runs smoothly and operated conveniently.This Silicone Sealing Robot is controlled by a motion controller to achieve seal continuity for a variety of sizes of Double glazing. Auto Sealing Robot has two separate sealant supply systems that produce double glazing and triple glazing, while simultaneously sealing the two spaces of the three glazing.
Feature:
1) Automatically adjust nozzle extending width according to the glass width
2) Pressure regulation set via human-machine interface, working smoothly and operated conveniently
3) Intelligent dispensing system is able to calculate the amount of sealant needed.
4) Sealing head floating pressure intelligent control.
5) Automatic sealant compensation at the corners, sealing supplementary time adjustable
6) Can be either used standalone, or integrated into existing I.G production line.
7) Sealant extruded by hydraulic cylinder, performance is smooth and uniform
8) V block type synchronous belt ,make sure the smooth glass transmission and accurate positioning,
also can reduce the phenomenon of belt sticking by sealant .
9) 13 servo motors control system, can work with triple,shpe and step insulating glass
